    Now I personally wouldn't want a tower on my 196 but, if you've got the up grade itch maybe consider it? Good looking boat though.

          I remember it now. Looks like a score! Swap the skins to make it look new, and deal with motor down the road.

            First you got a smokin deal!! Super cool boat!!! I'm in for vote 3. Do what ever cosmetic work you just can't deal with, maintain the drivetrain and run it till she can't take anymore. Bad thing is you may never get a new one when you take care of her!! Great looking boat. Sure don't look like a 3500 dollar boat!
