I have a 2000 Air Nautique. This is a two part question.
1. I kept my boat docked in the river most of the summer. The starboard side picked up some tar(ish) residue as seen in picture. I was able to get most of the tar off but it still left over a residue. I've tried every product imaginable to get it off. It's not happening. Any advice?
2. I've read a few posts on wet-sanding, but not sure if it's necessary or not. See picture 2. I'd really like to restore that original green. What's the most effective way to do so? Thanks.
