    Creeping electrical problems

About half way through last season I noticed my volt gauge would only work about half the time (no reading/no backlight) by the end of the season it never worked. After getting the boat back from the dealer last weekend it appears my temp gauge is heading in the same direction. The dealer said the volt gauge was just stuck, and that it was getting voltage I just needed to get a knew gauge. Is this a gauge issue or a bigger one?

    Thanks,

    Patrick

Have you noticed any problems with the batteries? Also, what make, model and engine do you have?
2013 G23 450 with NSS (175hrs) and still have the original prop
    2010 SANTE 230 343 (280hrs)
pre 2010 - various open bow boats and jet skis

      Haven't noticed any problems with the batteries. It's a 2005 Sante w/ the 6.0 PCM I believe.

Check your connections at the Gateway Box, ensure they are fully inserted and making a clean connection.
