Electrical Issue 2004 SN196 LE

Running the boat today and suddenly I lost both the Tachometer and the Engine Temperature Gauge. Any ideas on where to even start?

I checked all circuit breakers. There must be some linkage with these 2 gauges. They will sometimes come back on if I power down then power back up.

Happened to us too (2006 210 ZR6) in our case the signals lost to the dash when we had the diagnostic tool connected.

It is the connector on top of the engine in our case, it is connected to the boat harnass to a black and red pair of wires in a 8 or 10 pins connector.

I tried all the harness connections engine side. It still is intermitent... working then dropping out....

Root cause = water from speedo's did not drain from gateway box...frozen over the winter...$900 winterization mistake.
