    Slow Fuel filling

Does anyone else have to slowly fill their gas tank? I have a 95 sport nautique that I just got the end of last season and when I fill with fuel I have to hold the trigger barley on in order for it to continue filling. If I fill to fast the pump will shut off and I will have a little bit of gas blurp out of the gas fill. Could the vent be plugged or is this normal? Is there any good ways to unplug the vent line? Thanks

Yup. Don't sink the nozzle in super deep and if you have two fills , open them both.

My 97 was the same way. PITA but I just dealt with it.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Listen closely and you can hear it coming back up the fill line so you can cut it off before it overflows.

My 96 did the same thing. I just went slower and held the pump out a little.
