I'm in the process of replacing exhaust manifold gaskets on my 08 210, 343. Anyone know the torque specs: manifold to head and riser to manifold?
thanks in advance.
I don't know the specs, but interesting that yours went out. I traded my boat last year and the dealer asked if I knew the gaskets were out. I didn't know. They had to replace them. I had an 08 SAN
Yep, just on one side, on the center ports the gasket was completely blown out. The other side looks great. I bought gaskets for both sides from Nautiqueparts.com. The original gasket material used kind of looks like card board? I got the updated gaskets recommended by NP.com
Ok got the new gaskets today from Nautique parts and I have to say if anyone has to do this get the upgraded gaskets they recommend by NP, what a difference. They also provide me with torque specs: first pass 11 ft lbs, final pass 22 ft lbs.
