Look in the manual for KDW settings, if I remember rightly adjusting this determines how aggressive the servo makes adjustments to the speed. Think factory setting is 80kdw. Heavier ballasted boats may need a higher kdw setting. Maximunm is 200.
Also check your Nn setting. This is to do with paddle wheel filter. (if you have a paddle wheel) If your speed is varying then I think reducing your Nn setting should tighten it up. Can't remember exactly but it does tell you in the manual.
