Removing 08 210 docking light

Hey guys, one of the docking lights on my 08 210 rattles bad when the stereo is on. I removed the mounting bolts to take it out but it won't budge away from the hull. Is there a trick to removing these or are they supposed to just pop out? Don't want to damage the light or hull if I can help it. Thanks!

This is just a guess but I would think there is plenty of silicone used that could be holding in place. Can you feel it from the inside?

Chad is right if I remember correctly , when I replaced A bulb , two screws to take frame off and then you can get to the bulb, I went on line for a replacement, that was before there was a nautique parts,
