relocating the battery

Has anyone relocated the battery in a super sport. I was thinking of moving it to the front under the bow somewhere.
The fat sack on that side gets crumpled up because of the box.
I have to install new battery cables this year sometime anyways. I'm also installing a amp in the front that will require 4 ga wire run.

I put mine on the ledge in front of locker floor. One on each side with perco under the back seat. If you put the main up front you're also going to have to extend the common wires that are on there. Plus - that battery cable isn't cheap so you could save work and money by going with the ledge.
