    Transmission failure to engage

Anyone else experience a failure for the boat to slip into gear until throttle RPMs are increased? The backstory is that I noticed cloudy transmission fluid and have replaced it twice now. The problem has continued. Also, it slips into gear when first run but seems the problem occurs as boat warms up. Ok, any ideas? Thanks!

The cloudy transmission fluid makes me think that water is getting into your transmission some how. A common way this happens is if the transmission cooler is cracked and letting water in. If that is your problem then I would highly recommend fixing that before running the boat again. With some luck the transmission has not been damaged and will work fine once water stops mixing with the transmission fluid. Worst case scenario the transmission will have to rebuilt.

Shawn is on it. Hopefully the clutches are still ok.
