Hi, I am sure other people have already done this. It looks like we weren't careful enough while securing boards on the spinner racks, to ensure the material that covers the bungee straps is in place. Over time, the material that covers the elastic strands has worn off and it left exposed a lot of thin rubber strands. For the time being, they still seem ok, it just doesn't look very nice.
I guess it's just a matter of time before the elastic strands start giving in.
The clip and triangle shaped material looks in good shape: do I just replace the bungee straps? I saw these on NautiqueParts:
