Found the leak, how do i fix it (with video)

Terrible video from an over 6 foot guy trying to squeeze in the locker on top of a ballast. However, it does show some leaks I need to fix. I've seen information on the packing on the rudder.

I'm not sure of what I need to do on the leak that appears to be a seam between the upper and lower hulls. Searched the forums, but haven't found any good how-to's.

To be honest, do not want to down load the video.
But what kind of boat is this?

Is the leak near the rear of the boat when you put a lot of ballast in the boat?

When Correct Craft designed and built this boat, they never anticipated people would be overloading the boat with so much ballast that the hull to deck joint at the rear of the boat would be under water.

You can take the end caps off the rub rail. Then pull out the center insert. Now you can remove the screws holding the main rub rail on the boat, and this will give you access to the hull to deck joint. You may need to remove screws and nuts to be able to separate the seam a little. I would then work a sealer like LifeCaulk into the joint, and put it back together. You may need to have new screws, because some of then will be tight, and it will be difficult to remove them without damaging the heads on them.

Exactly. It only happens when I have 1000 lbs of ballast in the rear corner and that seam goes under. I was hoping it was an inside seal type of fix. Guess I'm going to get a little more intimate with my boat. Sounds "fairly" simple.
