Blue flashing light for accessories

Ok wondering if anyone else has this problem. When turning the boat on for the first time after having the power switch off the accessory light flashes and the Linc system does not come on. Have to lock the system then unlock it again and the accessory light stops flashing and the Linc system shows loading.....

any suggestions?
