PCM GT40 cooling issue on one side

Hi, I have a 1996 PCM 351 GT40 engine and there seems to be reduced water flow on just the port side of the engine. When running the boat with a hose hooked up in the driveway I can see more water coming out of the right exhaust port in the back. Also the left side of the engine actually get's physically hotter than the right side. Anyone ran into similar issues? Could it be a blockage somewhere or just the flow not being diverted properly?

    Thanks!

I would use a laser thermometer to figure out the exact difference in temps out of curiosity. Have you ever blown an impeller? I imagine the rubber fin could block water flow pretty well. The transmission cooler should block the impeller shrapnel from entering the block but I have seen where they are mounted on the intake side of the water pump instead of the output. Just a thought

Are the manifolds original? I believe they're supposed to be replaced between 10-15 years. If they are original I'd just go ahead and swap em.
