I bought a '94 SNOB a few weeks abo. Beautiful boat - spotless engine - looks brand new - only 397 hours on it - FORD 351 PCM. Seller said that he had it tuned up and winterized and did run it a number of times this year with no issues....Runs flawlessly once cranked. However, sometimes when I get to the lake and try to start it it takes 4-5 minutes before cranking. But sometimes it cranks right up. Also, if i have it out all day sometimes it cranks first time each time and sometimes takes a while. Sounds like its flooding as I do smell gas. I do run the blower for at least 2-3 minutes each time before starting it. Kinda weird sometimes cranks right up and sometimes it takes 4-5 minutes even though its been running all day. Any suggestions? Appreciated
