    Dead Electrical System

I have a 1999 Ski Nautique that I purchased last year. On the second day of running the boat, approximately half way through the day the electrical system goes dead. I turn the key and get nothing. It only happens on the second day of consecutive use. The boat runs absolutely perfect the first day. The problem occurs only when I turn the key off and let it sit till the next skier is ready, then when I turn the key, everything is dead. I don't believe it's loose wiring because I never get intermittent shorts while running the boat on either of the first 2 days. I have replaced the ignition, the kill switch and the relay. I have put over 30 hours on the boat since purchasing it and trying to figure out the problem, (stays consistent). Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this boat? Any ideas?

Did you find solution? My 1999 Ski Nautique did the same thing yesterday, 9/20/14. Ran great all day. Then complete loss of all power. I solved an earlier problem with my boat quitting: bad coil

The wiring diagram is in the manual. The manual is in the manuals section of this website.

BTW- I don't see wiring diagrams for 1999 SN 351 PCM
