100a alternator upgrade

I am looking to upgrade the alternator in my 2004 SANTE to 100amps. It has the PCM ZR6 6.0L engine. I am getting differing opinions on what kit to purchase. Has anyone done this on a ZR6 engine?

This one says it's for the 5.7 but you could call Ski Dim and ask if it is the same:

Were you able to find a rebuild/upgrade kit to beef up your existing alternator to 100 amps?

No, this is actually a new alternator with the correct terminals, and new primary cables. It's not cheap, but my alternator seems to be starting to weaken, and I wanted to up the amperage to help with the amp, lights, etc.

should i take this to mean that unless you swapped your alternator that nobody got a 100 amp from the factory? i could have sworn i looked at my OEM and it was 95 or 100 amp. now im wondering.

2005 and up came stock with 100 amp alternators
