How do you disable Perfect Pass (integrated in Faria Box)

Does anybody know how you disable Perfect Pass on a 2007?

The buttons on my display are broken and it's stuck on (I can't turn it off)
I tried unplugging the display from the Faria box but PP still engages.

I talked to Perfect Pass, and I guess the only way to disable perfect pass when it's integrated into the gateway is to remove the processer from inside the gateway.

I ordered a new display, hopefully that fixes the problem... if not I'll be pulling the processor temporarily
