I'd love to know if there is a calibration that can be performed. I have 1,100 bags piggybacked in to the system so you never know if the factory bags are full or empty. Even when empty, or at least i think they are empty, the starboard side always runs longer when filling up to 2,850 lbs.

As mentioned, you can reset the timers/sensors. It is on the ballast screen. I manually empty my tanks and then reset the timers if they seem off. But, mine seem to be reasonably accurate almost all the time. As for showing ballast present after leaving the boat anchored, that is likely accurate. There are a couple of threads on PN that discuss the tendency of the ballast to fill over night when the boat is left in the water. Turn you ballast thru hulls off at night and the bags will not fill.Last edited by vision; 06-05-2015, 07:04 PM.

It is an option on your linksys.
My ballasts are close as I reset them often. And as others have said, close counts not only in horse shoes and hand grenades but when your looking at the wake and the not sensors.2013 G23 450 with NSS (175hrs) and still have the original prop

I would start draining them and it would show the weight go down slowly from 1000+ pounds or so. I just had mine delivered 7/17.
There is a problem on the G series boats with siphoning into the bags. So you very well may have had the bags mysteriously fill overnight. The 2015 models have stopcocks that automatically open and close for the ballast pumps.
Mine have sensors that seem to be pretty accurate. I am sure Jeff will sign in here pretty quick, but there is a clear rubber hose that attaches to the sensors and somehow reads what is in the bag. How it works is beyond me, I've not seen anyone explain it.

Bump...yes, where is the setting to recalibrate the sensors? My starboard runs way too long and since I have additional bags piggybacked It just keeps filling even when I just want the factory bags to be full.
In hindsight I wish I had the additional bags set up with a y valve so that if this did happen in the future as I would be be aware as water would over flow from the side of the boat. May be a winter project to add the Y-valve..2015 G23 550
