My port ballast pump works fine. My belly pump will fill the tank, but nothing happens when I try to drain it. Starboard pump fills but sounds weak and fills slow. The starboard tank will not drain. Switched starboard pump to port side and works fine, same with belly pump. I replaced the black impellers with green ones and checked the relays which are working. Now I am lost as I don't know what else to check. Everything worked great 2 weeks ago and then the pumps just quit draining. When I hook them up on the port side they work. Any ideas? I appreciate any suggestions!

On my 06 there are separate breakers under the driver feet for fill/drain for both belly and Starboard (port seems to share a breaker or fill and drain). Have checked those? This is in addition to the breakers in the back compartment.
If two pumps started acting up at the same time, perhaps you sucked something up into them?

Big Dod - I removed the belly pump and plugged it into the port wire harness. The port is working fine. I tested the belly pump at the port location and it worked fine. The same is true for the starboard pump.
Jkallen - I removed the pumps and replaced the impellers and there were no blockages. The circuit breakers are not tripped either.
I am beginning to wonder if the run dry controller is broken. Going to have to take it to the dealer unfortunately. Taking the family on a houseboat trip in 2 weeks and would like to have he pumps working. Thanks for the replies!

You read my mind. This drove me crazy last summer. I could hook my belly pump to the lead from either pump and it worked perfect. I ordered the dry run sensor from nautiqueparts.com and magically I was cured. I also had a wire around given to me to bypass the sensor for the future if I can find it. It requires bridging the contacts at the rear battery switch/circuit breaker panel. I thought the ten minutes replacing the sensor was easier.
