    95 GT-40 not starting

Boat worked fine Wednesday night when I had it out but this weekend when I put it in, it would not start. Turns over fine but seemed like it was not getting fuel. The tether switch is fine (unless the switch is bad) and it was in neutral. The reset breakers are all fine (tested voltage on both wires going to them) The 60 amp had 12 volts and the 15amp and 12.5 amp both had 5.5-6 volts on both wires. When i turn the key i do not hear the fuel pump running. I checked the voltage to the fuel pump and I get nothing when I turn the key to on and when I crank the motor over. Could this be a bad relay of some sort or any other ideas? Thanks

Brought it up to MarineMax in Rogers mn (4hr drive) and they got it running. Great customer service as well. They were able to get to it and get it running while I was up there a couple days for work. Turns out to be bad electrical connections/relays. I wish we had a dealer like that closer to where i live. Everyone in my area said they didn't want to work on a ford motor.
