Back lights on console gages don't work

Only once or twice a season I take the boat out at night. I had it out last night and noticed that the gages would not light up. The lower ballast fill level gages lit up but not the speedo, tach or any of the other top dash gages. The key pad lights up and so does the radio remote. I took the dash apart and checked all the connections. everything looked good. I also checked the breakers and all looked good. The gages all work fine, just don't light up. Not a huge issue so I don't want to pay to fix it, it does annoy me though so I would like to try and fix it. Anyone have any ideas? BTW the boat is a 06 211.

    Thanks,
    John

Check the light dimmer, may be turned all the way down.

Yup that was it! I had no idea there were dimmer switches for the Gage's.
      Thanks!

If it's on a Nautique, it's happened to someone on this forum, glad to help.

Any idea how to change the lights out? Would love to do a different color.
