01' Air Nautique Ballast System Redo

Ok team - How should I do this? I want to re-work my system and before I spend too much time thinking about it I want to ask the experts.

    Here are my requirements:
-Everything must run from the helm fill/drain
    Buttons.
-No more manual valves/cigarette lighter pumps.
-Keep the Hard Tanks so that I have a hard deck in my trunk.
-Fully fill/drain the tanks faster than the stock system.
-Have a dedicated way to fill and drain a fat sac on my floor
-Prefer to use the RULE aerator pumps as they are cheaper and faster than ballast puppies.
-No new holes in the boat...

There ya go. I challenge ya to sketch up your ideas and post them up here!

    Cheers!
    Brett

My brother re-did our ballast system this spring.

Recommendation #1 ditch the hard tanks and put two v drive sacs in their place. You get twice the ballast capacity as well as gaining storage when empty.

We used two jabsco impeller pumps and they work really well. One is dedicated to locker sad and one to the trunk sacs. Trunk sacs have valves to fill independently if needed. Pumps are located in the trunk and he used the existing fill scoop and vent holes. He also said it was a huge PIA.

Look up chexi in the search. He did a great write up on his install a few years ago.

I have Gravity Games sacs in the trunk, a rear seat sack in the locker, and side sacs under the bow. I am probably getting a tube sac/vdrive for behind the motor box or for surfing. BTW, its very unlikely you are going to meet all your requirements, but definitely ditch the hard tanks. It will be difficult to do a system with aerator pumps without manual valves, yet possible using check valves and vented loops.
