The mystery is now over...... It seems as though this was a scratch.
Seems that black boats REALY show the scratches as we found a few more :???: .
It was buffed out today by the fiberglass guy, you cant even tell it was ever there.
We both agreed that this could have happened in many different ways, of course I'll never know for sure....this scratch was just at a place that realy made you wonder if it could have been a crack.
This has been an educational experience for me...being a new boat owner.
