blower light blinking

After surfing for 2 hours the blower stopped working and the blower light would just blink. After powering everything off and starting up again the blower came back on and the light was solid.

Anyone else have this happen?

On my 2006 SANTE, all of the dash lights are capable of blinking by holding them for a few seconds. However, only the ballast pumps actually have a function by doing this (fill vs drain). Maybe someone accidentally held the button in?

Were you taking water in the side vents while you were surfing? If so, the blower may have gotten wet, causing a temporary issue.

never thought about the water coming in through the vents. I will keep an eye on that for next time. We did have the boat "slammed and leaned" quite a bit to the port side. thx.
