    Help wiring accessory relays

Been having an intermitten issue with my electrical, 1998 super sport GT40, the system with key off and out and circuit breaker in off position sometimes the electrical will be "charged" the dash will show power(oil light, overheat light, perfect pass will all show power) no accessories work, the hour clock runs, the problem is intermitten. It started to show up after got boat back and had an amp installed (boat shop used, car toys to do amp install) The radio doesn't currently work (of course) it became intermitten after the install. I have looked at the accessory relays and they are not "wired" the way I think they are supposed to be. What is the correct way the accessory relays are supposed to be wired (Mine look like they are wired backwards with the power going into the accessory side)
Any other ideas, boat shop said problem was "relay laying in bilge water" but problem is still here, it is an intermitten problem.
Obviously could be amp has a short. But would that run power back thru with the circuit breaker off

Can someone tell me are their accessory relays (left side relays hanging) wired with the battery going into pin 30 or 87? All the info on web appears to show 30 but mine look like battery goes into 87
    Thanks again

Yes batt connection is at 30. Your switch leg is wired to 86. 87 then runs to whatever your powering off the relay. 85 ground.
