14 1/2" prop is the largest diameter prop you can put on a 210.

Sounding like a candidate for a 2315/2313.
Best prop option in this situation is going to be the Acme 1433. 14x14.25

So I had a look at the various threads on the prop options for a 210.
I would rather not risk the prop burn that comes with the 14.5.
It seems to come down to the 1617 vs the 1433. What is the major difference between these two?

It probably said 381, not 1381. The 381 is 13.5 x 17.5
The difference between 1617 and 1433 is 1/2" of pitch. The 1617 is the lower pitch, more aggressive of the two - meaning it will come out of the hole the fastest, but will run slightly higher rpms at wakeboarding speeds and will have lower top-end speed. You can see the specs on the 1617 posted in the previous thread that I gave a link to earlier. (The boat Jeff was doing the testing on is now my boat. I purchased it from him at the end of the 2012 season. So I can tell you whatever you need to know about the 1617, as well as several other props that we tested including 2 different 5-blades.)
Either prop is going to be a HUGE improvement over the 381. Since you have the 409, you may want to lean more towards the 1433. How much weight are you running? I run close to 3k in mine, and the 1617 is perfect, but I have the 343 engine. (I'm also about 95% wakeboarding, with only about a 10 minute boat ride from my dock to the river where we ride.) I can't even imagine running a 17.5" prop. It will feel like a completely different boat.Current: 2017 G23

Yer you were right it is 381. I actually just called ACME and they were very helpful. The guy there basically said the same as you in that the 1617 is probably going to be a little bit too aggressive and the 1433 is going to be perfect. Going to get one on order right now! Do wakeprops do a PN discount? Saw that mentioned somewhere?

The "money" set up on the 210 is:
1100 lbs in each rear locker
stock center hard tank
tube sack in the ski locker
integrated bow sack up front
That will be in the range of 3500 lbs. The wake/wave is terrific, and isn't going to get much better with more weight. You'll have no problem getting the boat on plane.Current: 2017 G23

We are leaning towards the 1433 but like the data on the 1617 what will do the best job IYO we are at sea level
It comes down to how much non-weighted activities you do. When my brother is in town and wants to ski, I put my 1578 back on. But other than that, we spend very little time cruising or other non-weighted activities, so I like the 1617. I can't believe you can even get the boat on plane with the 381 and that much weight. Both props are going to be night and day different from what you have.Current: 2017 G23
