I'm sure it will get worked out hundo. Ya hate to bring in the "BIG GUNS", but I've searched everywhere on all 3 of my Nautiques, and never once did I find a tag or plate that said "MADE IN A HURRY"! We all work hard for the jack to pay for these performers, and CC cares about us. Nuff said! Have a great weekend all! Mike

I deal with pacific nautiques here in the seattle area. Their service is nothing short of exceptional; Professional, friendly, happy to help and very fast.

hundo- i had a similar expereince in sac, ie dirty boat, left outside, charged for warranty work, etc, and now I go to WCCC directly for ANYTHING. they have done a good job, and I like the fact that all they work on is CC's. I heard brice is leaving which sucks, so I hope they find someone who is equal

I agree with you d rock. I also like how they store your boat indoors..before and after the repair. Maybe I should quit my job and apply at WCCC?

Hundo- are you renting a house boat? We have a week reserved at the end of July and it can't get here soon enough. I'm also looking for a cabin to rent near the lake for later in the summer. If you have any info on houses please let me know. When you get a chance please post some pics of Shasta Lake.

Update on WCCC. Took the boat in on Monday and received a call at 12:30 on tuesday and they said its all done. Picked it up at 8:00am Wednesday and we were boarding by 9:30 at Folsom. No more rattle and the windshield has been aligned correctly. One thing I forgot to ask them to correct was the difference in the PP speed and the speedO. The PP is about 2mph slower and I don't have a GPS so I guess I can just adjust the PP to match the speedO for now?

WCCC seems to to operate very smoothly and will have all our service done there from now on
