12v button on keypad fuse rating

    Hi,

Does anyone know the current rating of the "12v" circuit breaker in the breaker box in the drivers foot well of a 2007 SAN 220? This circuit is controlled by the 12v button on the keypad and is most likely the same for most models around that era

    Cheers

You can probably locate it on the "brain box" with the breakers. I don't imagine that it is a very high current rating though.

I've got our depth sounder wired to it because I want the depth gauge on even when I'm just sitting around. It does fine for that. Might not be enough for something like perfect pass or a head unit though.

      I'm sorry, I read 2002 SAN instead of 2007 SAN 220.

I'm not that familiar with that boat but it should have a breaker box that may have the 12v acc labeled. On the 2003 and later boats, it's a smart keypad with a dumb (breaker) box whereas the 2000, '01 and '02 had dumb keypads with a smart (breaker) brain box.
