    G23 Won't start.

My G23 will not start. I get both the lights on the keypad lit up and hit it again and nothing happens. The fuel levels and temperature level don't move either.

Go pop the engine hatch... and go to the fuse box on the engine and check those fuses and relays.... esp the igntion fuse.

I seemed to have fixed it I guess. I went to the fuse box and checked them and none were blown. I think just moving them around must have fixed something.

Had the group of people in my boat - My turn to wake surf and as I yelled to the driver I was ready they told me the boat just shut off - they all said I had the boat weighted/leaning to much, blah blah blah - took me 10 minutes to figure out the driver's leg bumped the kill switch and it was off by a hair... boat cranked up and I got my turn to ride

The loose safety lanyard thing happened to me once back in 2007... On the Cumberland River in Tennessee, floating down the river engine off having a few beers. 200ft coal barge pushed by a 75ft tug comes barreling around the corner... I go to start engines too be out of the way.... And nothing.

immediate DEFCON 10 panic for the next 30 seconds till I figured it out. Tug starts blasting his air horn at me, once of the crew members runs to the front of the coal barge waiving frantically... I start thinking of paddling.

absolute sick feeling... Never want to go there again.

I checked the kill switch multiple times because I have had it happen in other boats and that didnt seem to be the problem.

It would be beneficial if the LINC would alert the driver when the lanyard is off or the gear shifter is in gear.

I haven't checked but isn't there a diagnostic program that can be run on the link to look for underlying problems (by the owner, not the dealer)

I got some odd error once it actually started and the boat was acting really weird. Going randomly slower and faster.

That happened to me as well. Wasn't the kill switch, originally I thought it was a dead battery. I even noticed a electrical smell. Turns out it was the starter. Fortunately my dealer took card of me and got it fixed fast.

yeah, we're just hanging, wife at the helm, all is good, boat stalls. . . she had bumped and pulled the clip from the kill switch reaching beneath it to the ledge where her phone is...Me: ya, maybe don't put yer phone there, eh?
