If thats a 157 tooth flywheel, you can get the ring gear at local parts store. They cost about $20.00. If they ask what vehicle, just ask for a flywheel ring gear for a 1991, f150, 5.0L, manual transmission truck. I did the same thing and took it to a local engine builder and payed them to install it. The total cost was around $40 with the price of the ring gear and the installation from the machine shop.
