    2007 210 SAN w/ 6.0L ZR6 won't start... advice please!

    Hi

I was out today for a set and after 3-4 hours of trouble free running, the rider went down so I cruised the boat down to idle. Then, when idling, the engine abruptly shut off and now won't restart.

The engine cranks over and and almost feels like it wants to start, but it doesn't. Occasionally it will splutter into life for a split second but then die again.

It appears to have fuel as plenty of fuel squirts out of the pressure release valve in the fuel rail when pressed.

Any ideas on what the issue can be? I find the PCM user manual isn't too helpful.

    Cheers

Check kill switch, ignition fuse, and ignition relay. Mine did the same thing and it was the ignition fuse. 5 cents for new one.

My 07 6.0 236 did that twice. Once was high pressure fuel pump. Other time throttle position sensor.

Any resolution? Prob stupid, but might check the fuel filter while you're at it.

Yes, turns out it was the fuel pump relay.

Thanks to all for the suggestions on where to investigate
