Boat is a 2004 SV211TE, with a ZR6, so fresh water cooling.
First quesiton, based on tracing lines, etc, it looks like the heater is hosed off the coolant side of things, not raw water, right? If so, then I would assume I don't need to drain the heater for the winter, right?
I need to change the tranny fluid, but this is my first inboard... so, there is a separate PCM 1:1 transmission and then a Walter V-Drive? So I am assuming I need to change both?
I can see the Walter V-drive and have drained the water from that, and can see where I would drain and re-fill the oil. It says SAE 30.
But the PCM, seems to just be a big round connector. I can see the "shift level" which I assume moves forward or reverse, and what looks like the oil pressure sender, but feeling around I can't find a drain/fill plug. I couldn't see anything in my manual, but am assuming there is something separate as it has a plate on it that says use Dexron III and "check oil daily"... anybody have a good pic or diagram?
