Need help finding a windshield

I have a 2001 SAN the windshield was broke when a rock flipped up and hit it. Anyone know where I can find a new windshield? I'm in Salt Lake City, UT. Any help would be nice, we made it through last season with plexy glass.

If a local glass shop can't help, check with nautiqueparts.com. I had them get a windshield for my 236 a few years back.

Ouch! I almost was in your situation. We were driving to the river in August and a huge 3 inch branch fell from the trees above and destroyed our Suburban's windshield. My wife was actually watching the birds flying by and saw the branch fall. Before she finished saying watch out, it smashed the windshield. It did not touch any metal work on the truck and did not touch the boat. It did not come through the windshield either. ****, it was a loud sound on impact. It sounded like someone discharged a gun inside the truck.

I'm not sure if you have insurance on your boat (you should). Call your insurance company and see if they will cover. Due to the expense of a new windshield, you should be way above any deductible you might have.

Otherwise, I would call a few skiboat dealerships and see if they have any junk boats of your vintage available for parts.

Insurance is a good point. In fact, most auto insurers cover damage to the boat/trailer when it is physically hooked to an insured vehicle, so you might check with them too.

I think Superior inboard, in Lake Oswego, Oregon had a walk through windshield for a Ski Nautique open bow, that might fit a 2001 Super Air. Their number is (503) 699-1821
