    Plastic on newer trailers

Does anyone know where I can get the type of plastic that CC is using on the newer trailers? I believe it is the same material that they use for the glovebox covers. Would like to replace the carpet on the wheel wells of my trailer with this stuff. My friend has an 04 with it and it looks much neater.

McMaster Carr has it. My catalog is at home, believe I still have the page marked. Make sure you get the UV resistant materail. More Later....

Looks like this material is called ABS/PVC in McMaster-Carr. Problem is, the thickest they have it is 1/4". I would prefer to have it at least 1/5", to have some room to countersink the bolts to the trailer.

Correct Craft calls it SANO pad. No idea what it stands for or means.

              skjones,

Delrin or High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. Try to find the UV resistant (usually stated as suitable for outdoor use). Besides McMaster Carr, you local plastics distributor should be able to provide.

You can also try HDPE high density polyethylyne or UHDPE utra hight density polyethyline. Just make sure you get a 9ft long section if you have a ramlin trailer
