    Impeller Help

    Ok first off I did do as search as well as read my owners guide but they were useless. Please dont slam me this is the first PCM engine I have ever owned. I cannot find where the impeller is on my 04 210. It has the 5.7 exclabiur engine.

    On the port side of the engine in the front. It is in a housing that is driven by the serpentine belt. It is located next to the red circular housing. Sorry my explanation isn't that good but it is hard to actually describe it.

      Go to the download section and look at the 2004 CC and PCM link, select the PCM link and check out pages 58 (for the impeller) and 70 (for the raw water pump pulley).

      Follow the belt and look for a black pulley (port top side). This is the raw water pump pulley. The impeller is behind it. Here is some info on how to replace it.
