Hi guys, I have a 2006 SN 196 Excalibur 330, the problem is it will only idle and when I go to rev it up it just dies and half the time it's idles low about 400rpm and after starting it 5 times or more it just doesn't start until I leave it for 4hrs or so to restart it. I've replaced the engine oil and filter, spark plugs, the little pre filter in the low pressure fuel pump, the fuel filter and the high pres fuel pump in the FCC. Originally the the boat stalled as I was driving back to the boat ramp, the next week I put it in and it just idled low and rough so I took off the FCC canister and drained it and it worked fine but after 5 mins it done it again so I removed the canister and it worked so I drove back to the boat ramp and it stalled again just as I got back. It's on the trailer now and removing the FCC canister doesn't fix the problem anymore. I tested the fuel pressure and got 50 psi and I un hooked the braided fuel line and it filled up a half litre bottle in 10 seconds. I've got pulse at the injectors and pulse before the ignition control module but no pulse after it, I've ordered a new coil and ig module which is a week away. The check wasn't on but after all this checking it came on and 'See Dealer' now comes on the smart dash. I'm in Australia and the dealer is 3 hrs away and I can't get there for a week so any help would be great.
