Bilge and cooler hoses, 5/8"?

Im gonna get some stainless thru hulls and im not sure the size of the hoses. I know its smaller than 3/4"

Are you trying to figure out the hose size or the through hull size? I replaced the through hulls on my 99 and the 3/4" ones from WakeMakers fit perfect. I would assume the hose is also 3/4" but I didn't change mine out so I don't know that for sure. To make installation easier you might want to go with the through hulls that have the 90 degree barb fitting for the bilge outlets because it was a little tough to get the existing hoses onto the straight ones without kinking the hose. I made them works and they have been fine since installation but the 90s would have been easier.

The existing bilge through hulls will pop out easy, I think there was just silicone sealant used at the factory on those. The cooler one had some kind of adhesive (4200 I'm guessing) on it and took a little more to get out. I had good luck having a buddy heat it up with a hairdryer from the outside while I used a vice grip to wiggle it back and forth from the inside.

This is definitely one of the cheapest and best upgrades I have made to my boat. The stainless looks so much better than the white plastic.

Im looking for hose barb size. I know the hoses are smaller than 3/4" cuz thats what i have for my ballast. Im just gonna pop them off and measure it. I wasnt sure if somebody had the measurements already

Pretty sure the hose in my 99 is 3/4 because it fit perfectly on the 3/4 through hull nipples. That is also the only bilge hose size that Nautiqueparts.com sells:

Ok ill take them off and see if they fit my existing 3/4" thru hulls. Thanks for the info
