My starboard pump on my G23 isn't engaging and the linc keeps giving me a fault. Is there anyway to fix this?

Freezing temps = remnant water in the hoses and pumps frozen. If the pump impeller can't turn, it'll trigger a fault.
Mid day it must have thawed. Cold enough to freeze there?2019 G23 450
