Recommend a shop in Tampa-Orlando for 5.7 rebuild or replacement

I have a 5.7 in need of rebuild or replacement. I've called around the local shops but I was hoping to get a recommendation for a shop somewhere around Tampa / Orlando that I could trust. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the local dealers or even Nautique to see if they recommend anyone?

Not to hijack your thread but I'm curious where you use your boat in tampa. I just moved to the area and I'm looking for a good place to take ours (freshwater preferred).
