It seems that it was not the pumps but rather a workmanship error on the fuel return line. Apparently 2 anti-siphon valves (instead of one) were installed in the fuel return line which may be causing the fuel starvation issue. I have yet to hear how subsequent testing has gone on the boat that I have 30 minutes of running time on. I assume it now has over 15 hours on the meter. More later.
