2003 SAN Ballast

Correct me if I'm wrong but in an 03, does the ballast have 3 fill and 3 drain pumps? Also do the helm control valves control the tanks venting capabilities like an 01 or does it shut off water supply? Got a debate with someone and need some ammo.

Factory 2003 has 6 pumps total... 3 fill/3 drain. The helm control valves are to shut off the fill lines to each tank although they don't work very well. Nothing in the vents.
