Removing Cushion

Hello-

Quick question, I need to remove the cushions from the back bench seat of a 99 Pro Air. The middle one just snaps out, but I cant figure out how to get the other two. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The other two are screwed to fiberglass bench. to remove the bench there are two rubber latches one on each side on the floor between the bench and the hull. two pins that are behind the seatback, which lifts straight up. hope this helps, this is how my 2000 sport seats are attached.
