I have a 99 SAN and just replaced the ignition when this happened... I'm not sure it's worth trying to get someone to make a key for your ignition. I believe I got one like this...

Try your friendly neighborhood Nautique dealer, or Whitelake, site sponsor.

I was thinking about replacing my ignition just because the rubber boot is missing. Pretty easy and cheap. If you do replace yours, I will give you $5 for your rubber boot if it is in good condition...

Replace the ignition. I did it to my boat last year after the spring inside got tired.
It's a cheap and easy job, 15 minutes tops. Cost me $20 bucks.
