here's a new one on me.

I was at Mcclure this weekend parked next to a guy with a real nice scarab style boat. He was wiping it down in the slip, with some sweet coconut smelling cream. Left a beautiful sheen on the boat, and he said it eliminates water spots. So I asked what it is, and he said it was 50% Suave hair conditioner ($.99) per bottle, and 50% water, in a squirt bottle. He said his buddies use it too, super cheap, and does a great job for a quick fix. There was a LAFD boating club there this weekend.

    anyone try this?

the bad news is that it is real slick, so gotta be careful with footing.

    Henry,

I have read about folks using hair conditioner on the boats,
but I've not seen it or tried it myself. Side note, Mikeski
told me you'll be back at McClure this weekend.

We'll be there as well. Look for a White SAN, Blue Stripe,
    black tower and speakers.

    Hope we run into you.
