What is a good annual routine maintenance. Things to check or replace every year? And also I want to thank everyone on this forum for all the help you have given me. It has for sure saved me a lot of money!!!!!

It all depends which boat/engine you are running and how many hours you put on a season. Bare minimum involves an oil change per season. Sometimes I get up to 3 oil changes per season.[EMAIL="Zach@n3boatworks.com"]Zach@n3boatworks.com[/EMAIL]

Change the oil every year, change the transmission fluid every other year, Change the impeller every other year, monitor the condition of the strut bearing, and things like belts etc. Your boat has no FCC so replace the inline filter water/fuel separator every couple years.[EMAIL="Zach@n3boatworks.com"]Zach@n3boatworks.com[/EMAIL]

Just need to look at excess play or uneven wear from side to side. They specify a 300 hour service interval but that is a bit silly. People run them wayyyy longer than that. Usually what gets a strut bearing is the rubber dry rotting.[EMAIL="Zach@n3boatworks.com"]Zach@n3boatworks.com[/EMAIL]
