I'm currently trying out this product:

No plumbing. No packing. I chose to get a slightly longer log hose so that the engine vibes wouldn't touch the hull.Last edited by 96SNEFI; 05-11-2014, 11:27 PM.

Last fall we put a dripless packing on our 05 club 196 with the excalibur. We tied in at the fitting for the heater supply hose. Boat hasn't been put in yet so I can't say how it will work but it should be fine.
If you want I could probably post a picture or two tomorrow.2018 200 Team H6

Check the fitting where it comes out of the engine. You should have a double outlet fitting with one for the heater and the other blocked. We just removed the plug and with one adaptor we were set.2018 200 Team H6
