    That's good info on the load. We use an A9L now on a 351w that's stroked to a 427 so I'm very familiar with that aspect. But we always simply adjust everything via a jl chip. Cool stuff though

      Ford used the EEC1V on lots of different cars from 4 cyls to V8's the pinout on the same Ford 60 pin connector varies between models the PCM model 290E has different pin outs to the A9L used on the Mustangs. The JL chip must be a performance piggy back unit that plugs into J3 on the side of the board and basically substitutes the tune usually stored in the ECU memory.

      I have constructed a Megasquirt ECM for my GT40 as a bit of a project. Have it running on the engine just need to get the tune right.
