Perfect pass cutting on and off

Hey guys yesterday had this crazy thing happen to me ! 2000 San. Pp was cutting on and off and volt meter was dropping then all of the sudden would work fine. Then as I give it a little gas it would cut out. Besides buying a new san210 and getting a divorce what are the options ?

The perfect pass servo motor need a lot of current to operate. The wiring under the dash of this era Correct Craft boat is barely adequate to supply the stock electrics of the boat.

Make sure all the connections that supply power to the perfect pass control module are good. Rewire the positive lead for the Perfect Pass as close to the ignition switch, or source as possible. Another better option is to add heavier gauge wires from the battery positive, and negative, to a buss bar, under the dash, and use the ignition wire to trigger a relay, that directly connects the Pwefect Pass module to the battery.
