Ballast tank screws and bolts missing

Lifted up my center cover today and noticed two screws were missing and a bolt. I found one screw but can't find the bolt. If anyone knows the bolt size that would be great so I can buy new ones

I think they come with #8 screws. You can replace them with #10s, epoxy them in too.

I believe they are 1/4-20's, use light strength loctite when you replace them.
